Obama points finger at Hillary for failure in Syria

Obama & Co. announced that it is abandoning the program to train "well-vetted moderates" to fight against ISIL in Syria.  This after Central Command leader General Austin testified that only 4 or 5 fighters had been trained at a cost of $500 million.  "White House" blames Hillary for the failed program.
