It’s worse than just a shield for banksters.
These disastrous “trade" deals, written in secret by international
corporations and adopted by their own vote at closed meetings impose
their provisions upon all nations. The justification argument seems to
be that it is legitimate for this cabal to make international law that
must be obeyed by all nations.
In fact, this is a violation of the US Constitution. These laws destroy
sovereignty and impose requirements that are, without question, harmful
to the people of every nation in the world. Yet, these foreign
agreements among international private interests are debated in Congress
and voted into law on “fast track” priority. This is unconstitutional.
In fact, our President and Congress are engaging in treachery that
should be cause for impeachment, at a minimum.
