Craig Murray, former British ambassador to Uzbekistan, writes: ' The word “Russia” does not occur in today’s OPCW report. The OPCW Report says nothing whatsoever about the origin of the chemical which poisoned the Skripals and certainly does not link it in any way to Russia.'

So the question of where the poison came from and who used it on the Skripals, why it was not nearly as effective as it should have been, and how Porton Down was able to identify it without having a sample of it in stock (which would make them too possible suspects) remain unanswered -- and unasked -- by those pointing the guilty finger at Russia. There is still no evidence that Russia is guilty!
