Ted Cruz may become ineligible to run for U.S. President as early as tomorrow.
The above video from Bill Still is one of several pointing out that Canadian born and until less than 2 years ago, still citizen of Canada, Ted Cruz, is Constitutionally ineligible to be President of the United States.
Now, a write-in candidate, discussed in the video, is centering his campaign on Cruz's ineligibility. As the video explains, a N.J. Federal judge will rule on Cruz's eligibility Tuesday.
Says write-in candidate, professor, and lawyer Victor Williams:
Scholars Agree that Ted Cruz is Not Constitutionally Eligible
Republican partisans alike have agreed that the Canadian-born Cruz is
not a “natural born” American citizen as textually required by Article
II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution.
