A series of gas explosions caused fires at dozens of homes across three communities in the Merrimack Valley region of Massachusetts on Thursday, forcing entire neighborhoods to evacuate and injuring at least 10...

Let's hope this horrifying disaster wakes a lot of people up to #1. how important infrastructure maintenance is, #2. allowing private companies to control utilities is a bad idea and #3. it might be prudent to switch to renewables sooner rather than later.
