Mitt Romney called GOP presidential frontrunner 'a phony, a fraud' in a high-profile speech on the state of the 2016 race Thursday at the University of Utah. Romney, the GOP's presidential nominee in 2012, offered some of the strongest language yet from the establishment wing of the Republican Party against the billionaire business mogul and reality TV star.
