These artists are proof that imagination can transform our culture, our national debates, and ourselves. Art, in any form, has great power to shift stigma, educate the public, dispel myths, and contribute to real culture change. It’s been so restorative for me personally to meet and learn about women who are using their voice and talents not just to express themselves, but to contribute to national conversations in a positive way.
