Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday declared that he will no longer be bound by the 1993 Oslo Accords between Israel and the occupied Palestinian territories, citing Israel's failure to uphold its obligations under the peace agreement. 'Our patience for a long time has come to an end,' Abbas told the U.N. General Assembly. 'Israel has left us no choice but to insist that we will not remain the only ones committed to the implementation of those agreements while Israel continuously violates them.'
