This San Francisco Chronicle op/ed is really telling it like it is. I hope this particular judge is truly paying attention and realizes that all of her decisions and actions are subject to review in the appeals process. Clearly, her siding with Monsanto was clear from the start. I humbly commend these two important activists, Daryl Hannah and Neil Young, for taking this stand, and writing an article that is completely excellent, thorough and incisive.
