Don't miss this!  Even if you are not a teacher, this post shows the  war  on teachers at its nastiest, in the second largest school district, which was made to fail, and replaced by charters.  "What follows is not a usual post at this site which follows the destruction of LA schools  but it would be a way for thousands of teachers -- who have been fired and then subsequently hit with false claims -- to  defend themselves without having to engage an expensive attorney, which they have been in no position to do. Until now, LAUSD has coerced most into paying. We are constantly responding to the latest outrage put out there by the establishment. This would be a way of forcing them to respond to us by taking advantage of our majority status.  LAUSD has attempted to commit a fraud on the Court. INCREDIBLE.
