There's an opinion piece in today's Democracy Dies Darkly Daily that notes that while most American companies are pulling out of Russia -- not so Koch Brothers industries -- or, heavens! Subway. Nyet. Give me a footlong BMT on very dark wry. Hold the mayo.
The piece begins: "Give Koch Industries credit for consistency: It’s aiding the foes of democracy at home and abroad." Its get heavy breathing after that.
Later, we're told that Koch owns the American Greeting and our opiner waxes comically about a sympathy card for a dead soldier that reads :
To the families of the thousands killed by Putin: “Tonight, when you look up, don’t think of them as stars. Think of them as porch lights, welcoming your loved one safely home.”
Ouch.
