After defending President Obama‘s post-Brussels itinerary on CBS, Secretary of State John Kerry revealed just how incredulously the world is reacting to the Republican race for the presidency. John Dickerson asked Kerry exactly how the campaign is being taken on the world stage. Kerry said, “Everywhere I go, every leader I meet, they ask about what is happening in America. They cannot believe it.” He rather bluntly said they’re “shocked” and concerned about what this says about America’s steadiness and reliability.
