Scandal star Kerry Washington is fierce as Anita Hill in the upcoming HBO film 'Confirmation,' which recounts the 1991 Supreme Court scandal involving Clarence Thomas. On Friday, HBO released a first-look trailer for the film which is due in April. The film recounts the confirmation hearings and subsequent sexual harassment scandal revolving around Clarence Thomas . (Ed. note: It's interesting timing that this trailer was released only hours before an opening appeared on the Supreme Court...in a stunning possibility of justice being served, one must wonder - could that empty spot be for Anita Hill?)
