Trump tries to divert attention from increasing support in Congress for his impeachment and prosecution, support driven by evidence of his criminal activity and obstruction of justice. The Senior Legal Analyst for the right-wing network, Judge Andrew Napolitano, just released a video wherein he outlines in detail why impeaching Trump is well founded, basing his analysis on what is publicly available via Mueller's report which Trump originally said totally exonerated him. Now he and his shills at Fox News are denouncing it as pure, political garbage.” That, however, is not the opinion of the top legal expert at Fox

“While there was some evidence of collaboration between Russian agents and the Trump campaign – like 127 telephone communications between them – there was not enough evidence to establish the crime of conspiracy.”

Some say that going for impeachment is a vain effort that may even benefit Trump. And we are told that a president can't be surreal as that concept is.

So, how about then legitimately, justifiably FIRING him, removing him from office and also suing him for abject failure to fulfill his Sworn (on a Bible) Oath of Office to Preserve, Protect and Defend the US Constitution? (...not to mention adhering to International Laws to which the US is signatory.)

Once removed from office, there's no presidential immunity from arrest...unless there's some retroactive oddities protecting a former president in perpetuity for crimes committed in office.

President salary is $400,000 a year, so that money must be returned to taxpayers who paid for, but were denied that preservation, protection and defense of the Constitution...and that's no matter what percent of his public-paid salary Trump donated to some favorite causes.

If plumbers break your pipes instead of fixing them, they are fired and sued for reparations by the harmed, un-served party. Isn't it that ANY US Citizen has the same grounds to fire and sue any Public Servant who does other than (or the opposite of) sworn, contractual duties?
