There are 150,040 signatories from 207 nations and territories as of September 21st, 2019

If the telecommunications industry’s plans for 5G come to fruition, no person, no animal, no bird, no insect and no plant on Earth will be able to avoid exposure, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to levels of RF radiation that are tens to hundreds of times greater than what exists today, without any possibility of escape anywhere on the planet. These 5G plans threaten to provoke serious, irreversible effects on humans and permanent damage to all of the Earth’s ecosystems.

Bottom line - telecom companies are willing to annihilate all plant and animal life on earth to make a short term profit. the nadir of capitalism and profit before people. Please sign the appeal and pass it along to everyone you know. also see Josh Mittledorf's article on the effects of 5G on humans, bees and birds in Switzerland and Naomi Wolf's statement that she and her neighbors are so ill from 5G exposure they are forced to sell their houses and move here. click here

Lila, I have the deepest regard for you and your keen intellect.

I think the days of Appeal are long gone. Appeal sounds like Crawling.

Until people of the globe put forth Demands, backed up by withholding what they want rather than protesting (which they love), we will never succeed.

If 3 million people or more cancelled their cell phone subscriptions and kicked Alexa out of their homes, somebody would at least take note. I don't believe 3 million people would die without tiny computers in their pockets.

I once believed you could change the system from within the system (state civil servant for 25 yrs.). I was wrong.

How about a worldwide Phone Out. :)

I agree with you. Once people learn that IOT makes them sick they will cancel all of it. we think people cannot live without smart phones. not really true. In Germany everyone has switched to flip phones with no internet access. In the 3 countries where 5G was installed, Belgium pulled down the towers after birds dropped dead on the ground; the people of Holland and Switzerland are in revolt due to illnesses. Don't give up yet. People would still rather give up internet access than die or get cancer. Brain cancer is rampant now. this fight has only just begun because 5G has not really arrived most places.

Guess I'm a stubborn Neo-luddite, having only ever owned a desktop and a flip phone for emergencies. Living just fine without GPS and texting, and I enjoy real books. No need for my toaster to talk to my washing machine who's talking to my refrigerator.

As we speak to the biological detriments of this technology, let's include the overwhelming control capacity we will hand over to the managers of the IOT once all our 'stuff' is connected. Can you imagine some jackass at Data Cental locking your frig cuz you already had enough ice cream for one day?!?!

No, I won't ever give up, Lila. I speak up. Sad that the young ones don't listen. Think it's 'mega-cool.'

BTW, I'm watching it roll out big time here in CA. I've asked the guys working from their unmarked white pick-ups, Whatcha doin?, the answer is 'Ungrades.'

Our bodies have an electrical current heart, brain - about 8 to 10 hertz or 8 waves per second.

5G - At 24 to 90 gigahertz: 24-90 BILLION waves per second hitting our bodies not including all the other "G's" and wi-fi.

Wi-fi 2.45 gigahertz. - 2 billions waves hitting your body every second.

I've been thrilled to learn after a five second search that I'll soon be a fried fajita click here

My wife and I have been suffering more extreme insomnia than usual, and just yesterday were pondering why. We're well across town from the U of U, and at least I don't see the towers going up here YET.

I've seen one tower here, about 2 miles away. Tons of cabling going on; lots on my block; one right over my yard.

Truth: I've not been physically the same since the installation of the Smart meter on the side of my house a few years ago.

Insomnia; ear-ringing/clicking; rare, but occasional disorientation.

I've attributed some to aging, but hell, aside from my heart issue (soon to be repaired), I'm in super fine health for 73. (cute, too lol)

If they f&*k up my brain, I'm gonna be majorly pissed off!

I don't support the current massive 5G rollout given the need for more testing on health effects of the type(s) radio frequencies employed. A recent journal paper, Aug 2019 Frontiers of Public Health, worth reading:

Risks to Health and Well-Being From Radio-Frequency Radiation Emitted by Cell Phones and Other Wireless Devices [link]

An additional prior study [2016] included a statement in its abstract that warrants elaboration:

EUROPAEM EMF Guideline 2016 for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of EMF-related health problems and illnesses.[Abstract only]

"To increase the effectiveness of the treatment [of reduced detrimental EMF exposure], the broad range of other environmental factors that contribute to the total body burden should also be addressed. Anything that supports homeostasis will increase a person's resilience against disease and thus against the adverse effects of EMF exposure. There is increasing evidence that EMF exposure has a major impact on the oxidative and nitrosative regulation capacity in affected individuals. This concept also may explain why the level of susceptibility to EMF can change and why the range of symptoms reported in the context of EMF exposures is so large. ..."This EMF Guideline gives an overview of the current knowledge regarding EMF-related health risks and provides recommendations for the diagnosis, treatment and accessibility measures of EHS to improve and restore individual health outcomes as well as for the development of strategies for prevention."

IOW there are measures that can be taken by susceptible individuals to reduce the potential damage.

The point is that the telecoms are so greedy there has been NO independent testing of health effects - just a whole lot of sick humans wherever they have created their 5G invasions.

DA - Is it factual that Rf radiation from 5G is 10 to hundreds of times greater than what we currently have i.e., 4G?

Josh Mittledorf is a physicist, and takes issue with some of the claims made in the video.

" 5G iwill broadcast in gigahurts, not megahurts. That will be 15,000I times stronger than what we are pushing out right now.

"The frequency is not the "strength". 15,000 times "higher frequency". But the frequency is still millions of times lower than a light bulb. Frequency shold not be confused with power."

What I think he was referring to was the level of RF radiation, rather than frequency, which is what the International appeal is referring to.

I am not a scientist or a techie, so I cannot comment.

This article says Elon Musk has already launched satellites and plans a total of 20,000!!

The first two test satellites were launched by SpaceX in February of 2018. Hundreds more are set to launch in 2019 alone, and the full set of 20,000 are projected to be in orbit during the next 2 years. You can compare that to the 1,738 operating satellites that have been in Earth's orbit as of September 2017. By the end of two years from now, the number of satellites over the earth will be increased by over 1000%.

Perhaps worse, the satellites will be about the size of a small refrigerator and weigh about 880 pounds. The life expectancy will be 5 years, and once they are no longer functional, they will become space junk until they eventually fall back to earth and burn up in earth's atmosphere.
