Hillary Clinton came to New York to be interviewed by Donald Trump — or at least Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon pretending to be Trump. In her first late-night appearance as a 2016 presidential candidate, Clinton sat for a pretend interview with Fallon during an opening Tonight Show bit. The interview is part of an effort by Clinton to show a more relaxed and relatable side to voters as her poll ratings slide amid a drumbeat of negative press coverage over her use of a private email server.
