Here are names you need to know, when it is voting time again.... the hard-line conservatives who voted “yes” were 14 who refused to budge last time, even after Trump met with them and tried wooing them with concessions, including an amendment to weaken the requirement that health insurers provide a basic set of coverage , known as essential health benefits. Know this, too --   the two plans  (the ACA & the  AHCA) are not different takes on the same problem. They are different takes on different problems.  YES,  the price of insurance is an issue — though a properly designed plan will at least move most of those costs off individuals and small businesses and onto the government’s shoulders. Access to quality care, is literally a matter of life and death (and, of course, costs to those no longer covered).
