In a continuing trend of red areas flipping to blue, Linda Belcher, a former school teacher and principal, won the special election in Bullitt County, KY, on Tuesday over Republican Rebecca Johnson. Linda received 68.4 percent of the vote to Rebecca's 31.5 percent, in a county Donald Trump won in 2016 with 72% of the vote.
