Did the TPC Chemical plant in Port Neches receive job creation tax credits for their hazardous enterprise? Did the school board get blackmailed into believing that vapor jobs were more important than investing in real k-12 education?
Hmmm...Wonder if they paid to integrate their emergency response with the surrounding jurisdictions or did the public pick up that tab as well? Are they going to pay folks in the affected area [planet earth] for the injurious air and water pollution...pay everyone in the area for the cost of escaping from harm's way? Are there claw back provisions against TPC Group for failure to perform...who is the mayor? School Board President? Did they get paid??
