Marlen Ochoa Lopez's funeral is in Chicago on Saturday. The 19-year-old was strangled to death on April 23 and had her baby cut from her; her extended family flew in from Mexico on Thursday to lay her to rest; her grieving husband Yovany and two-year-old son Josh are among the mourners; a mother, daughter and the mother's boyfriend, are in custody on murder and concealment of a corpse charges; they lured her to their home with the promise of free baby clothes then killed her and cut her baby from her womb,  then pretended he was theirs for weeks until DNA tests proved otherwise; the baby boy remains in the NICU and is being kept alive by a ventilator
