Cuba Insists US Drop Blockade Ahead of Embassy Reopening

Cuban Embassy in Washington DC is reopened and it is announced John Kerry will arrive to Havana on August 12. After the Liberation of Cuban 5 and removal from the List of the Countries Sponsoring Terrorism, the liquidation of the blockade and return of Guantanamo Bay are the next in Cuba's list of demands. It's hard to say right now what the whole thing will lead to, and what the next American President is going to do, but for the moment Obama is trying to leave something positive in his legacy.
