Truthdig columnist Chris Hedges interviews Hansen, a climatology expert, about the catastrophic effects of climate change and potential solutions. Note: I have more than once complained that the brilliant Chris Hedges doesn't offer solutions--realizing well that there may not be any. Hence, I appreciated this interview with James Hansen on climate change. IMO, Hansen is optimistic as regards the time we have left. As often happens, I hope I'm wrong.
