Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, announced Wednesday he is not running for re-election — or any other office — in 2018. Chaffetz, 50, said in a Facebook post he has "made a personal decision to return to the private sector." He told the Deseret News last year he was interested in running for governor when Gov. Gary Herbert's term ends in 2020.
