Bullhorns: Post-memo RT -- CrossTalk

This 25 minute or so video is from Peter Levelle's Cross Talk on RT (which I think stands for Russia Times), a site that is on the black list or whatever appellation they have foreign websites register under these days. RT itself is a "go-to" site for world news in particular for me. Much of the site comes from American sources, such as Peter Levelle's Cross Talk, a fascinating program that I only wish were longer. Fingers now crossed as this is a link to a video, sans article (I couldn't get the code for embedding the video). You may find yourself facing a screen allegedly from Google telling you you're viewing device is infected; if so, hit the back arrow and retype the url, at least that has worked for me several times. This particular discussion goes to the heart of "the memo," recently released, and the grander implications of it.
