Brazil ready to broaden nuclear cooperation with India

Brazil today announced that it is prepared to broaden its cooperation with India in the field of nuclear energy. Looks like US not only one outsourcing to India. Exponentially, every new member of the Nuke Club increases chances for WMD technology and materials to fall in terrorists hands. Under Bush's violations of international proliferation agreements, this situation will worsen.
