Bernie Sanders is in the second video denouncing the vulture funds. Hillary Clinton supports House Bill PROMESA. Bernie Sanders is opposed, saying it will do to Puerto Rico what the vulture funds have done to Greece, Detroit and will do to other parts of the U.S. if allowed to.
