9th Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed a challenge to Keystone pipeline, ruling case was no longer active due to Trump’s revocation of the permit. In March, Trump issued a new “presidential” permit for Keystone to spur construction of the pipeline.
'Keystone is a disaster waiting to happen; we will not stop fighting this misuse of power to disregard courts and environmental laws.
