In addition to the story, President Maduro denounced that when one of the executives was going to be arrested, the executive in question, a Venezuelan-born, revealed himself as a US citizen and demanded to see a US Consulate officer. Tarek William Saab, the new Venezuelan Prosecutor General, has been unveiling a large corruption scheme within PDVSA, country's oil company, which may have left the state without 200 million US dollars at least since 2008.
