I have thought why God created women many times. Because lots of religions about men story.
Women are indistinct or hero in eastern cinema. Indistinct, because of some religions developing in this geography say those women similar with men. This is so women similar with men best probability for women. Hero, because of most eastern men presses women and we watch surviving of women.
"Stoning of Soraya' tells story of beaten, famished and convinced by husband, Soraya. We watch a poor, arid and small Iranian village. Lost of men seems like ugly, counterfeiter and stupid and women are under black sheet and poor. Children are boys or girls and boys are lucky and girls are indistinct. Soraya is hard done by husband, religion leader, boss and all village men. She cares about daughters like all eastern or western mothers. She losses surviving and her aunt shouts that all injustices will be learnt by world.
Soraya's poor story doesn't have a claim against Islam. Soraya and her aunt Zehra prays often. Zehra says Soraya she would go to God and paradise before stoning to death. East society, male-dominant world and Iranian government are accused. Even we can claim Iranian government is not accused too. Events are bordered with small village and Iranian French journalist says he would notify to Iranian government officers all events when villagers appropriate the cassette. We can say movie was focused on female's trouble because of religion and government isn't targeted directly. While reporting stoning to death all around world isn't talked about Islam countries but talked about general states end of movie. Movie doesn't aim propaganda against to government and religion. If how "The Passion of the Christ' is propaganda of Christianity "Stoning of Soraya' is emphasis passion of eastern woman too. We had worried for Christ but we worried not only for Soraya even Islam is transformed into an underdeveloped state ideology.
A show team appearances while stoning to death Soraya and we see colorful face of Iranian people and hope a bit Soraya will rescue or Iranian people will. I hope still beaten, stoning to death women and underdeveloped state people.
