This dictates constitutional BENEVOLENCE, that federal programs, like vaccination, pollution regulation, infrastructure, extended unemployment benefits, family leave, etc., should reduce total unhappiness by reducing bad air and water, junk food, ramshackle housing, otiose debt, drug dependency, poor education, and insufficient income.
Use of mute buttons and universal TV remotes for parental control could lessen everyone's irritation. If a citizen remains dissatisfied at the SlowoCrats approach to Trumpism, at least a mute button and universal remote can be used to lock a pennypincher or channel, like Fox, Newsmax or OANN out at home.
