Americans must put an end to partisan indenture before the two-headed monster of lesser-evil choice destroys us all.

The wars will continue (as they have for the past 11 years ), the prison population (now at 1.8 million ) will morph larger because we citizens pay its costs and special interests reap its profits, the environment/climate will continue to degrade because there are special-interest profits in degradation, and the financial criminals will remain unpunished, encouraged, more profitable and rapacious -- because we insist upon supporting a corrupted two-party system in which both sides are paid off by insatiable greed and power masters.

"Oh, be realistic," I can hear it now, "we have only two choices," and then there's the ultimate in masochistic political retardation: "and our candidate is Lesser-Evil than their candidate!" (The Hitler vs Stalin alternative?)

Well, here's what we need to do : Firstly, get a grip on our intelligence to grasp the notion that we can start to function in our own best interests. Step Two: Recall our grade-school history lessons that taught that Americans can have the government they choose, despite the severe restrictions we have allowed to degrade that precept, the major of those masochistic restrictions being that we have only two choices, however unrepresentative, lying and despicable each is. Step Three: Discard self-destructive partisanship and the underlying canard that we will be wasting our vote by supporting a decent candidate. Step Four: Start now! And tell the world about it.

But know this: No, we decent and intelligent voters won't "win" the election in November; as a matter of fact it appears inescapable that the lust for greed and power will continue to drive our historically disgraceful wars and economic crimes against American citizens under the administration of either of the "only choices" for the next four years.

But now is the time to start. We need a showing of decency. We need votes of conscience. We need to train up ourselves to make decent choices and to convince others that it's possible to shed the concrete overcoat "lesser-evil" endorsement and its dirty underwear of treachery.

We need to do this or ultimately face -- as history is our teacher -- (1) a relatively few others making the choice for us by desperate revolution, or (2) a consortium of the decent governments of the world deciding upon a common cause for humanity to take hostile action to end our slaughterous wars and even the abuse of our own citizens.

The abusive governance and its wars of atrocity will indeed end, no not by this election, but by the actions of an intelligent and morally determined citizenry or by forces from elsewhere. The first choice is yours -- Do not waste it ! Start now !

Leaving behind a treacherous government now addicted to perpetual war, its limitlessly greedy and power-lusting masters, as well as the retarded albeit smirky Republicans and their evermore clonish Democrat colleagues, a braindead electorate (more...)
