Do these
ESM
(European Stability Mechanism) related
treaties not (in reality) together represent another 'Enabling Act' of some
kind?

While I believe this Thomas Pringle ESM Constitutional
Challenge is potentially very much worthwhile, I fail to see how it can
ever be realistically expected to produce any useful results: unless and
until the extremely serious and growing problem with corruption in our
judiciary is first sorted out.
Since 2002, I have accumulated what
might be described as a "small mountain" of what I see as irrefutable
evidence of judicial corruption of the kind which is perverting our
Constitution (Bunreacht na hEireann) in extremely serious ways; and, much
of the evidence in question has been on public display on my web sites for
several years now. (Please see at
http://www.humanrightsireland.com/PrimeMinisterCowen/9May2008/Email.htm for
example.)
"We, the People are the rightful masters of both
Congress and the courts -- not to overthrow the Constitution, but to
overthrow men (and women) who pervert the Constitution." (Former US
President Abraham Lincoln)
My lengthy research strongly suggests
that the present extremely (and without precedent) dangerous bout of "western
judicial corruption" is rapidly taking humanity in the same direction as
that outlined in the excerpt immediately below; and, that the Republic of
Ireland's Judiciary is going down the same road (and not all that far
behind) their counterparts in the Republic of the United States of
America:
It is worth keeping in mind also perhaps, that in Abraham Lincoln's time, as in the Fuehrer's time, there were no large stockpiles of THERMONUCLEAR weapons-of-mass-destruction for humanity (as a whole) to have to worry about.
There are now though.
