Bad movie, interesting messages.

Director David Brooks shoots well the story of writer Chris Sparling. But screen-play is not so powerful.

I have just watched The ATM for some tension. But if I would be bank officer in USA I would feel tension without watching any horror movie.

I see some act in serials of Hollywood which attacks to bank officers. Some ex US soldiers who struggle in Iraq attack to bank officers. They say "While we fight in Iraq you bankrupted the economy".

The ATM movie is based on antipathy of bank officer. David (Brian Geraghty) bankrupted money of someone. He offers to girl he likes taking home with car, in evening of same day. He and girl and their uninvited friend depart and they go to an ATM for a checking. And a psychopath attacks them at there. Psychopath shut in them in ATM cabin. Bank officers use all abilities of ATM but they can't survive.

Psychopath wears a reefer jacket with big hood and he has snow mask. He is like a homeless. He is in out in winter, he wears a reefer jacket and he next to ATM where he can sleep. But he doesn't sleep at there he shuts in bank officers at there. Bank officers try to survive at there but they can't be successful.

Not more detail. This movie is symbolizing angry to bank officers, investment expert and economists. The Margin Call (2011) was one of the best samples at this area and The ATM can't be compared with it but, egoism of bank officer Corey (Josh Peck) regretting of Emily (Alice Eve) about ATM security, alarm and religionist icons are new approach of US society to new situation after 2008 crisis.
