TSA Texas "No-Fly Zone" Scandal

If TSA follows no rules, and makes the rules for us to follow, they are the government. TSA already seems to have the power to shut down State Government.

What's next?

The roads are going to be blockaded by the TSA. There will be TSA check points. You may be detained, body scanned, searched, strip searched in a TSA naked room, your property and cash confiscated, and you could be subject to detention without charges or release date. Torture might also be a tool TSA gives itself.

The TSA could randomly shut down air, train, bus, and vehicle travel at their will. Fees could be charged for TSA to come to events as their own form of "protection" fees. The TSA has already given itself the power to grope teens at their High School proms.

Doors could be kicked in and TSA could confiscate all rifles and pistols held legally by Americans. The TSA are not subject to the US Constitution or to laws, they are above authority, they are the authority.

The TSA could decide there is no further use for US Senators and Congresspeople. The TSA could shut down courts of law to conduct their own form of hearings and the processing of citizens.

The TSA could take control of the Internet, have use of the "Kill Switch", and decide what content is allowed.

There is no stopping this process, unless you stop the process. It will take de-funding the abuse, it will take standing up now. Are you up for it?

Ron Paul House Floor Speech: Republic Almost Completely Dead

The Defense Authorization Act or H.R. 1540, aka The Forever War Act of 2012, was overwhelmingly approved by the House of Representatives earlier today on a vote of 322 to 96.

The Senate will now vote on its own version and then the two bills will need to be reconciled before going to Barry Obama for his signature into law.

The law authorizes the United States to use military force anywhere it says there are terrorists, including within the borders of our own country. It represents the largest hand-over of unchecked war authority from Congress to the executive branch in modern American history.

The founders were seriously opposed to handing this much power over to executive, fearing tyranny. If enacted into law, this provision will make Obama a dictator who can wage war without the consent of the American people.

Texans Revolt Against TSA Tyranny, Storm Capitol

Text with video:

Uploaded by TheAlexJonesChannel on May 27, 2011 Exclusive footage of the Texas Capitol takeover Wednesday, when angry demonstrators led by radio host Alex Jones descended upon the Senate to rebuke threats used to quash a TSA bill that passed the House unanimously and was poised to clear the Senate with 30 of 31 senators supporting. The bill's sponsor Sen. Dan Patrick revealed that Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst was behind a move to kill the bill without "leaving fingerprints" on behalf of the Obama Administration. Supporters of the bill sent a message to the Texas Senate even after being barred from entry, shouting from the halls "criminals" and "treason" while decrying the tyrannical mission creep of the unconstitutional TSA. The bill would have expressly declared it a crime for TSA or security personnel to reach into the pants or touch the genitals of passengers or other innocent bystanders.
