Should we do away with judges? Should governors be able to sell children?

Message Steven G. Erickson

Judge Clarence Thomas, a US Supreme Court Justice allegedly took bribes called “gifts”. Why is he on the Supreme Court if he has no ethics and seems to have broken the law? If Judge Thomas were to eventually sit on a case involving Rod Blagojevich, who is sleazier, the judge or the defendant? I make my case, rant, and go off on tangents [text, pictures, and links to Bill Cosby videos click here]

Former Republican Connecticut Governor John G. Rowland was allegedly indirectly selling children, married to the mob to nationally franchise as many “Kiddie Max” prisons for kids as was possible. Federal tax dollars come into states to official kidnap as many children as possible so they can be confined, processed, and even adopted out. The more children officially abused and the more families broken up, the more federal tax dollars run through grubby state officials’ hands to pay out to their organized crime friends and corporate cronies.

The “Grand Jury Solution” [information and video links in this OpEd News piece] that probably would have kept us out of the 8 year scourge of George W. Bush and crew who was appointed by judges, not elected. It would probably have prevented the financial crisis, the tanking of the economy, the ground war in Iraq we were lied into, the Madoff scandal, and the gross abuse of the public at large by lawyers, judges, police, corporate raiders, and organized crime.

Law Enforcement investigate who they choose, target who they choose, and help judges and lawyers retaliate against those that get in the way of their official crime syndicate. Judges, like monarchs, rule the courts, they don’t have to follow the law and have sovereign immunity against being criminally and civilly liable, even when they act illegally, maliciously, and knowingly. Citizens who propose ethics reforms and legislation to elected officials can end up falsely arrested and imprison. [my story, scroll down], post includes my mugshot.

Grand Juries could have their own rooms in all courts. There should be limited terms. They should be politically independent from the court, elected officials, and especially the police. Citizens should be able to bring in evidence in any form, or even appear in front of a grand jury where the panel could vote on whether to have a private investigation done to see if there will be prosecution.

With such a system US Presidents such as George W. Bush down to a homeless person on the streets would be accountable to the same laws, the same punishments for the same crimes, and Grand Juries, unlike judges, serve in the best interest of the public. “Important People” would not be able to fix court cases in secret to profit and retaliate against those in their way.

Time for a change; let’s ask US President Barack Obama, our federal and local legislators, our neighbors, our family, and our friends to get on board and see to it there is honest change.

I contacted the Paraguay Embassy about seizing George W. Bush’s property and extraditing him from Paraguay if he flees US prosecution [text here].
