Out of thin air...or not |

I am shocked. I just spoke with a friend who is a bankruptcy lawyer. During the conversation it came out that he is unaware that bank loans are created out of thin air. He thinks bank loans, just like personal loans, are made by drawing on existing bank funds.
Unreal!!!I would have thought a bankruptcy lawyer would know better. I didn't argue with him. I just left him in his ignorance.
