Ezra Letra Films presents the first episode of the "Nobody Documentary" titled: "Isaac Kirkman - The Martyr From Nowhere."

Filmmaker Ezra Letra presents the first episode in his "Nobody Documentary" a gritty profile of Tucson-based writer, Isaac Kirkman. In a stream-of-consciousness style, Isaac passionately discusses his life and writing motivations. In two particularly moving sequences, he talks about how he draws inspiration from his older brother, also a writer, who passed away while in Beijing, China and he explains his tattoos, which include figures such as Frida Kahlo and heroic mayor, Maria Santos Gorrostieta , who was assassinated by drug traffickers in Mexico in November 2012. Part personal and part political, a fascinating look into the motivation, life, and social awareness of a contemporary, emerging writer.
