Dear Secretary Paul Craig Roberts,
I really admire you for becoming a whistle blower, and risking your life to do so. I think, in general, you are a very nice person. I have emailed you in the past, and you took the time to write me back. I know you are an intelligent person, and disseminate knowledge on a level, a bit more elevated than most. However; I only truly wish you would not eliminate dissension in your articles.
I know you pride yourself in delivering the truth, but if you eliminate anyone from challenging what you write, in your articles, you are committing the same error as you condemn what you call the presstitute. It's like President Trump doing away with the media because of "fake" news.
In a Democracy, everyone should be able to dissent, ideally, even the village idiot should have his or her say.
I can tell you I get very frustrated when I read one of your articles and I want to respond but cannot. I know you write on matters that most people have little knowledge of, but, they are smart; do their homework, and have PhD's as well.
All the rest of us, on the site, abide by the policy, set forth by the editors of the site, because it does promote community and friendship.
I would simply ask that you tear down this wall of separation, and allow other voices to be heard. Quite frankly, I don't even feel like reading your articles anymore, if I know I'm only going to get frustrated because I can't respond.
