This is what, in general, any true, serious Yogi- East or West practices; with unlimited (quite literally) possibilities for spiritual and/or personal (which is really the same as "spiritual") transformation and development. In short, this is how to achieve God Consciousness. Or if you're a Christian, how to "be ye perfect even as your Father in heaven is perfect" Matthew 5:8.
