Xavier Cavazos is the 2013 Poetry Society of America's National Chapbook Fellow. His manuscript, Barbarian at the Gate will be published in 2014 and he teaches at Iowa State University. He will be a featured poet at the Tucson Poetry Festival which will be held April 3-5, 2014 at Hotel Congress in Tucson, Arizona.
