based on the present evidence available.
But Hillary uses interesting usage in this matter,
saying nothing she did was "prohibited."
Very lawyerly.
The proper question, in the context of justice,
is whether anything she did was allowed.
A plain reading of the statutes is most consistent
with disallowing her activities. Of course I don't
expect the case to turn on a plain reading of anything ;-)))
