This is the third time since 2005, that I am writing each state's legislature, concerning teaching the truth of prehistoric history to our students. As always, I declare both old and young Earth Creationism to be false doctrine, and Intelligent Design to be inept, and a waste of classroom time. All of current Creationism (including I.D.) does  not address the fossil and geologic records of Earth. However, the truth of Genesis (specifically the Observations of Moses) addresses this issue, and explains the origins and subsequent 4.6 billion year history of Earth and mankind.

I expect atheists and humanists to avoid an examination of their fictitious "mountains of evidence" against the "Observations of Moses" (OM).    The evolution theory is their "god", and they want to "force' their beliefs upon everyone else. What makes me angry is that the state lawmakers, which are not supposed to be bias, refuse to review the presentation that proves Creationism to be a misrepresentation of Genesis, and the evolution theory to be an incoherent deception. Why are you lawmakers choosing to teach atheism in our schools, using public funds to proselytize our students? That is a heavy lawsuit waiting to happen, especially when your constituents learn that you refused to examine definitive evidence which was available.  Evolutionists and atheists have reason to run and avoid reality, not lawmakers!

Willful ignorance is no excuse. I have repeatedly requested that I show the 62 minute PowerPoint presentation to you, so that you can hear and see the truth of Genesis chapter one.   I can't think of any other legislation that is more important than removing the control that atheism has in public education. In 1996, my own teenaged child came home from school and said that they had  learned in science class that Genesis was a fairy tale. He felt betrayed by what he had believed in, and was disappointed that his parents were so naive. I told him that I would explain Genesis after dinner.   I showed him what I called the "Observations of Moses", which explained the verses in Genesis chapter one. Once he read the scriptures in chronological order, his eyes lit up like it was Christmas morning. His belief in the Bible was renewed, and his faith in God restored. Both Creationism and the conclusions of science are shown to be false.

"Truth in education", or "critical thinking" bills are worthless, and do not provide an alternate explanation of the fossil and geologic records of Earth. If the Discovery Institute is paying you money to sponsor such foolishness, give them their money back, and start supporting the truth of Genesis.  As it stands now, science classes in schools are poisoning the minds of our students, and have been for more than 50 years. Those students grow up with incorrect information, having ungodly values of (human) life. "Kids killing kids" are the fault of previous generations of ignorance, and yielding to ungodliness.

I teach a 6-hr class for science teachers, to help them answer questions that students would ask concerning the fossil record and geologic time as defined by Genesis.  When you teach both sides of the coin, you have balance, are not "taking sides", and are not getting involved with religious matters.

In case you didn't know, Atheism is a religion of denial, as determined by the U.S. Supreme Court. Citing Torcaso v. Watkins, 367 U.S. 488 (1961), "We repeat and again reaffirm that neither a State nor the Federal Government can constitutionally force a person [to profess a belief or disbelief in any religion.]  Neither can constitutionally pass laws or impose requirements which aid all religions as against non-believers, and neither can aid those religions based on a belief in the existence of God as against those religions founded on different beliefs."

An atheistic monopoly in school (segregation of information) impresses upon the students that one explanation is considered reality, and the other a fantasy! If only one explanation is "approved" by the government or state school board, and the other explanation excluded, then the state is willfully entangling itself in matters of religion, in which they should not be involved!!

Exclusion of any other explanation of the geologic and fossil data in schools constitutes censorship, and proselytizes for the religion of Atheism, supported by public funds. By only allowing humanist explanations in public school science classes, the religion of Atheism is advanced, and all theism is inhibited, thereby failing the "Lemon test". Public schools must not make Deity existence decisions for students, and science teachers must not have a "license to lie" about the history of Earth.

Without delay, I urge you to schedule a showing of the Observations of Moses presentation, so that you can see the falsehoods taught to our children in public schools, and the foolishness taught by Creationism and Theology about the book of Genesis.  Stop protecting the false conclusions of science.
