“The Shell Game” is Rattling Some Powerful Nerves!

 In the 1960s government agencies developed a program called “COINTELPRO,” which was designed to divide and destroy anti-war and civil rights movements through infiltration, harassment, and various dirty tricks.  This is public record.

 After 7 years of 9/11 Truth activism, I’ve got a pretty good sense of the rhythms of how things work.  There have been pivotal times over these years when the attacks on me have amped up.  In retrospect, those were the moments when something BIG was breaking through in the form of 9/11 truths having some affect that was scuttling neo-con plans, or getting a much larger segment of the population savvy to the 9/11 lies.

 Following are some very creepy incidents that will make you doubt we live in a democracy.  HOWEVER, realize that many of the very creepy parts happened years ago when only a very few people were aware of 9/11 truth.  Today 36% of the US population according to a Scripps Howard poll, not only know 9/11 was an inside job, but had no problems telling that to a pollster.  At this point there is nothing to fear from doing what’s right, is my point.  But, when I started in 9/11 truth there were just a few of us, and the nation had been driven into a fear based insanity by the 9/11 attacks and corporate media’s blitzkrieg of fear driven war drum pounding.

 Six events come to mind, regarding the correlation between “attacks” and “9/11 truth breakthroughs”:

 What has marked all Six of these in my mind, is that the attacks on myself, or in the case of 911Truth, the attacks on that group, went into frenzy mode.  Let me explain in detail.

 Regarding #1. 

 About 2 months after 9/11, I began to learn of shady “insider stock trades,” and one particularly at an investment institution called AB Brown, which had known CIA connections.  From there I gathered a short list of disturbing issues around 9/11, regarding threats made to the Taliban BEFORE 9/11/2001 by US representatives, the odd behavior of GW Bush on 9/11, the even odder attempts to stop any 9/11 investigation, etc.  I began sending this information out to media worldwide.

 One day I woke up to find about a hundred emails from angry Canadians who wanted information about 9/11.  They weren’t angry at me, but angry that they suspected that the Bush admin. had a hand in them and wanted to know more.  I asked one, “Why did you email me?”  He replied, “Because of the article.”

 I discovered that the Vancouver Sun had written what some might call a satire of 9/11 truth seekers . . . but within the lines had many of the concerns I’d been emailing to media worldwide.  It was enough to get several hundred Canadians to email me asking for more information, because the author of that Sun article offered my email address of findtruth40@hotmail.com as a source.

 Now, at the same time, I also began to get my first doses of hate mail, usually stupid, but sometimes scary.  Now keep in mind that I’d been sending this information out for some time, but the hatemail began when I apparently had struck a nerve by getting mainstream attention for 9/11 facts that caused people to wonder about the veracity of the official story.

 I deleted the hate mail, but began to collect the supportive emails, to form what would become a mass email list.

 Regarding #2. 

Before Bush’s speech to the United Nations on 11-11-2001, I used my growing email list to send out 9/11 truth facts that caused doubt about the official story, and also included a call to action that everyone email all of the United Nations Missions in the world, with these facts, so that they’d get them on a massive scale BEFORE Bush tried to sell them on war with Iraq.  I included along with the 9/11 facts, all of the email addresses for all the UN missions in the world.  I knew that Ashcroft wasn’t lying when he warned us that they’d be “listening to our phone calls and reading our emails,” when Bush took the podium at the UN and said, “Let us never tolerate outrageous conspiracy theories concerning the attacks of September the 11th.”  I knew that the UN must have gotten inundated with the 9/11 truth facts I’d sent out with the UN email addresses.

 Now, a strange thing happened just before Bush’s UN speech.  I was working almost night and day getting out the above email action campaign to any activist I could find an email address for.  I knew if I was going to get the word out, I should get it out wide, far and fast.  For my own safety, but also because I feared that the Bush et al neo-cons would pull of another 9/11 to truly end our democracy out of terror. 

The strange events began when I was up sending out emails at about 4 am one night, and I got this email from someone who claimed to be from the NSA and warned me, “We are watching what you are doing . . .” followed by a threat.  I sluffed it off as a crank, but it felt creepy anyway.  Then the next day the creepy factor went into overdrive.

 Outside my home office window, which faced a quiet residential street ONLY used by people who lived in my neighborhood normally . . . a black SUV pulled up and parked on my house’s side of the street.  It had heavily smoked black windows.  No one ever parked here unless they were coming to my house, or the house across the street, or were lost and looking at map.  It’s a very quiet street.  A man about 6 feet 5 inches or so, got out wearing black pants and a black t-shirt.  This guy was a wall of solid muscle, wearing black wrap around sun glasses.  Stretched across his muscled torso on his black shirt was the word in bright yellow letters, “SECURITY.”

 This guy got out of his SUV, walked around it to stand on the edge of my lawn, and simply stood there staring in at me through the large ceiling to floor window my computer desk faced.  He stood there staring directly into my window for about 3 or 4 minutes . . . and then he left.  Later that same afternoon, an Army truck drove by filled with troops in the back.  Again this is a quiet little residential street.  This extra activity was way beyond bizarre.

 I believe someone wanted me to stop doing what I was doing, regarding outing 9/11 truth facts to masses of people.  Well, it back fired on the bastards, because I only intensified my efforts.   Then one day, I get a call from a guy from New York who called himself “Muhammed.”  He says his group is really proud of me, and my work, and wants me to come to New York City to speak to his group.  So, we’re arranging for this to happen, when during one conversation “Muhammed,” out of the blue says, “Gee, you must be pretty scared doing what you’re doing.”

 I said, “Yeah, but we have to do it if we want to keep our democracy, right?”

 Then “Muhammed” asks, “Have you done anything to protect yourself?”

 I said, “Well, I made CDs of several thousand email addresses of people, including thousands of media worldwide, I’ve contacted, and also put a message from me to them, stating that if anything should happen to me, I believe it is because of the work I’m doing which indicates that members of our govt. had a hand in the 9/11/2001 attacks.  And, I’ve sent it to several people with instructions that should anything happen to me, this message should be sent out to these email lists.”

 Then “Muhammed” says, “Wow!  That’s great.”  Then after a short pause he goes, “So who did you send the CDs to?”  That was the end of my short relationship with “Muhammed.”

 Regarding #3.

 In Kansas City, Jan Hoyer, Janice Matthews, and some other dedicated volunteers helped stage on of the first mass 9/11 truth events in the world in Kansas City.  When we brought 9/11 widow Ellen Mariani, and her attorney former Deputy Atty General of Pennsylvania, Phil Berg to Kansas City to talk about their RICO Racketeering Suit vs. Bush and many members of his administration for the attacks of 9/11/2001.  We got them speaking engagements at four major area churches, the last appearance bringing in almost 1,000 people, and we got them interviews with the Kansas City Star, all local network affiliates, etc.  Just to show you how much attention this garnered, at the first church event the Kansas City Police showed up saying they’d been monitoring our website and were disturbed by the high activity, and felt they should shadow us all day.  They did.  We had police escorts throughout the entire day.

 From those events we raised some money for Ellen and had some left to create what would become the iconoclastic symbols of the 9/11 truth movement, the now famous “Stop the 9/11 Cover Up” signs.  See:

 Jan Hoyer of digital style designs designed the signs on the same computer I’m typing this oped on.  We then pitched Janice Matthews on using our 9/11 event funds after sending a check to Ellen, on buying several thousand signs to send to the mass anti-war protests mainly in San Francisco and New York. We organized with New York and San Francisco 9/11 truth activists to have them sent to, and then distributed at the front of the protests, so that media would see them.  It was a massive success, and New York Newsday and the Los Angeles Times had front page large photos of the events with captions reading, “Tens of thousands march to stop the war and stop the 9/11 cover up.”  At that time Ted Koppel’s Nightline was a hugely watched show, and that night a network cameraman who’d filmed our signs, centering on it, until it filled the entire TV screen, aired on Nightline.  The entire nation saw, many for the first time, “Stop the 9/11 Cover Up,” in living rooms across America.

 You’d think that after that, we’d have been given a lot of credit in 9/11 truth circles, and don’t get me wrong, we did get a lot of pats on the back.  HOWEVER, the attacks on our work became relentless.  Rumors were spread that we were funded by liberal icon George Soros meant to cover up the fact that 9/11 was an inside job.  We knew 9/11 was an inside job, but we also knew that at that point in those early days we’d reach more people by calling their attention to Bush’s obvious 9/11 cover up, because he was blocking the 9/11 investigations.  The 9/11 family members, except for a few, were staying at arms length from the 9/11 truth movement because they wanted an investigation but couldn’t stretch beyond what they could prove, or the media would tear them apart.  We needed the families to join our struggle, because they were the only ones the media would talk to.

We were called FBI agents, etc. etc. by so called “9/11 truth activists” trying to get other activists to be suspicious of us and not work with us in the future.

 Regarding #4.

 A day or so after this success with the national distribution of the “Stop the 9/11 Cover Up” signs, and the mass media coverage, a coalition of 9/11 truth powerhouse organizers from all across the country met one another for the first time at the first national 9/11 truth event organized by Carol Brouilett in San Francisco.  After that event this group got together in San Francisco to form a national and international movement for 9/11 truth.  This would soon be dubbed 911Truth.org.

 Today if you google 9/11, you get 166 MILLION related websites.  911Truth.org is #3.  911Truth.org has been seen worldwide, even one of South Park’s characters wore a 911Truth.org t-shirt in an episode.  911Truth.org has permeated the mass mind of the world and moved a mountain of valuable information.

 So, by now I’m sure you realize it goes without saying that instantly upon its formation, 911Truth.org was attacked mercilessly by so called “9/11 truth activists.”  They attacked 911Truth because we wouldn’t deny the holocaust, or because we wanted to only use facts that were provable, rather than baseless accusations.  We wanted an organization of credibility, that was an unimpeachable source of 9/11 information.  Makes sense right?  Yeah, if you really were a 9/11 truth activist who really wanted to get truth out to the mainstream public, it was great.  However, if you were only pretending to be a 9/11 truth activist and part of some COINTELPRO operation meant to discredit the movement . . . well then you became hysterical every time 911Truth.org attempted to organize anything of significance, lashing out at anyone connected with them, and urging the 9/11 community NOT to cooperate with 911Truth.org.

 Today, 911Truth.org remains the most respected 9/11 truth organization, who have aided countless other respected 9/11 truth organizations form worldwide.

   Regarding #5.

 Before the Republican Convention in New York City in 2004, we became aware of Sibel Edmonds, the former FBI whistleblower, who’d been gagged by John Ashcroft.  She was unable to tell anything that she knew.  However, she was able to say that if she could tell what she knew, some people at the top of our government would likely be in prison.

 So we worked to get Sibel Edmonds to a podium at the mass anti-war rallies in New York City for the GOP Convention.  We arranged to bring her in and speak at the National Organization for Women’s rally in Central Park, and also at a 9/11 truth gathering in Manhattan.  By now you get the patterns . . . the attacks become shrill and furious.  You can imagine, by now what an event like this would cause in terms of some squirming gyrations by those who want no truth to get out.

 And now, last, but by no means least . . . is the recent release of “The Shell Game,” by a New York Times best selling novelist.  A book that combines a page turning action fiction about a false flag government sponsored attack to fool Americans into war with a country so that country’s oil can be stolen.  Sound familiar?

 The corporate media in America has been vicious and blatantly obvious about silencing ANYONE who challenges the official story.  We saw Charlie Sheen mercilessly attacked for doubting the official 9/11 story, and when Rosie O’Donnell on The View began challenging the official story of World Trade Center Building 7’s mysterious collapse . . . it was vicious beyond measure.

 When the attacks came on Rosie, I urged the 9/11 truth movement to defend this woman with a deafening campaign of support.  My pleas were met with massive attacks, not by 9/11 truth leadership, but by so called 9/11 truth activists who came out of the wall suddenly to discourage anyone from joining together in this effort.  The attacks came from so many angles, none making sense, but that never matters.

 A mass 9/11 truth campaign was never really built to go on public blogs, write ABC, etc. etc. to defend Rosie.  Yes, a few emails were sent out, but a real mass movement in the form of a focused campaign was shot down by the bickering and arguing before it could take off.

 We lost Rosie.  We lost a voice speaking to millions of mainstream women about WTC 7’s bizarre and unexplained collapse almost daily.  She was gone, let go by ABC because they got more hate mail for her, than they got support mail.  They got bullied.  It was like in school when you’re with all your pals, treating you like you’re cool . . . and then the bully shows up . . . and all of a sudden . . . there ain’t no pals behind you.

 SO BACK TO “THE SHELL GAME.”

 In “The Shell Game” the 9/11 truth movement finally has something that can break 9/11 truth into the mainstream in a HUGE way.

“The Shell Game,” author, Steve Alten, is widely respected as a novelist in English departments in high schools all across America, through his adopt-an-author program, where writers can sign up to communicate with High School students and English classes.  Plus he’s organized reader programs for active duty soldiers worldwide including Afghanistan and Iraq.

 He’s a New York Times best selling author, and two of his novels have been optioned as possible future movies.

 He’s written a 9/11 truth telling novel.  It’s about a 9/11 type event conducted by elements of the US Govt. (sound familiar?), BUT it also has REAL 9/11 TRUTH chapter headers, quoting David Ray Griffin, Mike Ruppert, etc.

 ALSO, the author has created a website for it, www.TheShellGame.net, which has links to most all of the major 9/11 truth websites, research and activist, as well as links to respected 9/11 documentaries online, like “9/11 Mysteries,” and recommended books including David Ray Griffin, Nafeez Ahmed, Mike Ruppert.

 When I learned of this book, quite by accident when doing a presentation at a local high school where the English teacher told me about Steve Alten’s adopt an author program, the fact he had Parkinson’s, and that he’d written a book about 9/11 that was coming out soon . . . I didn’t think it’d be the kind of 9/11 book I’d want.

 So, after contacting him and getting an advance copy, I just put it aside.  Then when I picked it up one night, I read all night long!!  I couldn’t believe that such a book had been written by a NY Times best selling author.  I contacted him the next day and said, “THIS BOOK HAS TO GO TO #1.  I WANT TO HELP!”

 Now, of course the attacks on myself, on Steve Alten, and on “The Shell Game,” have been furious.  Both our personal addresses, and phone numbers have been posted on the internet, as an obvious attempt at intimidation.

 And many from supposed “9/11 truth activists.”  Most were oddly made before the book was even out, and with little knowledge of the author.  Now, many sidelining comments have been made from real 9/11 truth activists, but the FIRST wave of attacks have come from un-knowns.  I fear that good people have been led to attack or dismiss “The Shell Game,” by COINTELPRO ACTIVISTS, placed to create chaos . . .. because they fear this explosive novel’s success, and the 9/11 truth it can spread thru society.
