It's treason. Call it what it is.
By lila york
The raft of legislation rammed through both houses of Congress since December 31st - with wide majority votes - nullifies every clause in the Bill of Rights. Every senator and congressperson who voted in favor of those bills violated his or her oath of office, the promise to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. Congress just replaced the Rule of Law with rule by tyranny. They must all be fired.

I have collected articles on this legislation, since MSM has obfuscated the provisions and their real effects on our lives. If you are unaware of what has just been done to this nation and to each American living in it, educate yourselves. Then notify your three representatives that you will not vote for any representative who voted to nullify the Bill of Rights by voting "yea" on the NDAA.
If you are totally in the dark about the indefinite imprisonment of American citizens without charges, evidence, habeas corpus, a trial by jury or access to legal counsel, start here:

Chris Hedges. What we will live under if the Supreme Court upholds the use of the Espionage Act to punish those who expose war crimes and state lies will be a species of corporate fascism. And this closed society is, perhaps, only a few weeks or months away.

http://www.opednews.com/populum/linkframe.php?linkid=146851  30 Democrats co-sign bill to restore Due Process rights to American citizens.  Republicans in House refuse to support it. Little chance of passage in current Congress.
and last - Alex Jones at Infowars.com calls the NDAA a "hoax" because Congress cannot legalize tyranny by passing a law that says it can.
This is what you can do about it:
Find your representatives on the list below. (If you do not know who represents you, for the House of Representatives go here ; for the Senate go here .) If your representatives voted 'No' , call or email them, thank them for defending the constitution and ask them to co-sponsor the Due Process Guarantee Act sponsored by Senators Feinstein and Mark Udall (CO)in the Senate; and Congressmen John Garamendi (D-Fairfield, CA) and Martin Heinrich (D-Albuquerque, NM ) in the House, and/or support Ron Paul's bill to repeal section 1021 of the NDAA, the section that allows indefinite imprisonment of US citizens by the military without trial. As of this writing, the Due Process Guarantee Act does not have enough votes to pass in either house.
If your representatives voted "Aye", here is a suggestion: Call his or her Washington DC office (or send an email) and say the following to the congressional aide who answers the phone:
"By voting "aye" on the NDAA the Senator has violated his oath of office and committed an act of treason against the Constitution of the United States. I will not vote for him (her) in this election and the People will never again elect him to any office in government." If this applies to you, tell your representatives that if the Due Process Guarantee Act is not passed by July, you will leave the United States. In a non-election year, they would get a chuckle out of that statement. But this is an election year.
Here is the Who's Who of tyranny and freedom in the US Congress: the NDAA votes:
Senate: The 10 Senators who voted "No" on indefinite imprisonment of US citizens without trial:
Sen. Al Franken [D MN]     Sen. Dick Durbin [D IL]    Sen. Jim DeMint []    Sen. Rand Paul [R, KY]
Sen. Jeff Merkley [D, OR]    Sen. Ron Wyden [D, OR]    Sen. Mike Lee [R, UT]    Sen. Thomas Harkin [D, IA]    Sen. Thomas Coburn [R, OK]    Sen. Bernard Sanders [I, VT]
All other senators voted "aye" to indefinite imprisonment of Americans without trial.
The House vote was not as lop-sided: The NDAA passed by a vote of 283 to 186, with 14 abstentions. House members voting "Aye": *

The following senators authored bills that strip Americans of all rights guaranteed in the Bill of Rights:

If the Due Process Guarantee Act is not signed into law by the summer break, get the hell out of the United States and don't come back. The US will no longer be a fit nation for human habitation. It will be Stalin's USSR, Hitler's Germany, Mubarak's Egypt and Pol Pot's Cambodia. It will be a country where no man or woman is free.
