Congressman Ted Deutch serves Florida's 19th District in the House of Representatives, where he is a member of the House Judiciary and Foreign Affairs Committees.

He's introduced a constitutional amendment that will end corporate personhood.

corporations were never meant to have the same constitutional.bbbbbbbbb as you and me.
Corporations can't use the same constitutional protections.
corporate dollars can't make expenditures in any election.

Need to keep the Koch brothers ability to spend millions of dollars.

Constitutional amendment.
2/3s of  house and senate need pass it. Then 3/4s of states need to ratify it.

Bernie Sanders introduced our constitutional amendment in the senate as well.

Is this bi-partisan?

There's no question that this is a bi-partisan issue.  But we don't have any republican supporters yet.

For profit corporations shouldn't be allowed spend their money in elections at all.
