Susan Rice is a very bad choice for Secretary of State. 

She has a very bad conflict of interest, owning millions in XL Keystone related stocks. 

She has a history of having a terrible record relating to the Rwanda Genocide. 

She is in the same league as John Bolton, in terms of her neocon history.
