Tuesday, Sept 21 with a concert at the Naro featuring

Hampton Roads on Facebook is also co-sponsoring this event, and will
lead off the evening festivities with a short intro. This day is
dedicated to peace and reconciliation around the world and the UN asks
all state and non-state belligerents to honor a 24-hour ceasefire. For
