turn off network TV, all TV for periods of time

find out who your tribal ancestors were and what they believed

form tribes, Support each other

In other words try really BEING human to each other and the planet

I have spent most of the last twenty years living with, learning with and sharing life with the Lakota people of the Pine Ridge Reservation"[insert "concentration camp to sub for "reservation"] For years I traveled and taught all over the western United States, as a Sundancer and Pipe Carrier experiencing a life so different from that of the dominate culture that my biggest problem is readjusting to contemporary society.
