After analyzing this article in the context of my own one might wonder if there is anyone out there who knows that the true enemy of mankind is war itself.

Astute readers will note that if one clicks on An American Century, the title to Romney's white paper, it is no longer available. It was on a Romney web site.

This is illustrative to say the least. Romney's white paper has been attacked by many writers, including myself on OEN, as being sympathetic to the neoconservative movement. Is this a reaction to those attacks? Is Romney disavowing his own white paper, his own foreign policy? What is his foreign policy now? Does he know?
