Today we have people in New York City and across America #occupywallstreet

Many Americans will remain locked in their homes and not realize how this fight is for them. Many don't realize that the struggle across America will reach their home, and the downward spiral that many of us have been struggling through will be knocking on their door step soon enough. 

As we watch the young people of America stand up for Main street we need to take that recognition and do our part. 

  • DO NOT WAIT until you are one of the millions of unemployed Americans. 
  • DO NOT wait until you have lost your home
  • DO NOT WAIT until your 401k is gone
  • DO NOT WAIT until every possession you have is sold for survival. 

Key words:  DO NOT WAIT. 

United we are strong. If you're unemployed, get active -- this is your chance. If you're poor, get active. If you're working. but still struggling. now is the time. We have allowed the government as a whole to take control of our country -- and in turn, they have destroyed many lives. 

Place the blame where is belongs, in the hands of the people who control our country. Place some blame with yourselves, for not paying attention while this was happening. But it's not too late to save our freedoms. Its not too late to give a voice to the voiceless. 

With so many living in poverty, the numbers will only keep growing. The corporate control of our government needs to stop. We bailed our Wall Street with our tax dollars, and what did we get from that? NOTHING, but it allowed for big bonus checks to be handed to those same people who didn't do THEIR job. 

They tell the unemployed "You're lazy, you're a drug addict, and we can't afford to help you!"

Meanwhile the Wall Street men, the corporate suits, took our money while laughing all the way to bank...and for NOT doing their job. They are the ones who should be loosing their homes, going homeless and begging for a minimum wage job somewhere in America. 

The government will not fix itself until we remind them who THEY work for. We the people need to take back this country and the corrupt system it has become. Don't think others will speak for me. It's up to every voice to speak up and be heard.  I do not pretend to know everything. I am just a citizen of America who has been devastated by policies that have benefited corporations over people. 

Don't take my word for it, look around. Do your own research; but get active, because only in true unity and a coming together will we save this country for our children of today, and for our kids tomorrow. 

STAND UP and BE HEARD. We want a government who represents WE THE PEOPLE.  I call out all unemployed to come join me in New York City for a day to have a voice. Join hands with me and Occupy Wall Street - - and let's get the message out!
